THE EXECUTIVE TEAM
Architects of global growth
Nexora is led by an experienced Executive Leadership team responsible for strategy, capital allocation, governance and long-term value creation across the Group.
The Group operates through a decentralised network of specialist businesses, each led by capable local management teams with full P&L accountability. This structure combines entrepreneurial execution in local markets with the discipline, stability and strategic focus of a scaled platform.
THE EXECUTIVE TEAM
Leadership with clear accountability
Executive Leadership sets the direction for the Group and provides resources, from specialist support to capital, to best support long-term value creation. Operating companies execute locally, with defined strategic frameworks and support, ensuring accountability remains close to the market.
This approach allows Nexora to remain agile and specialist-led, while maintaining strong governance, financial control and stronger progress in value creation.
OUR LEADERSHIP MODEL
Decentralized Execution. Central Discipline.
Nexora’s operating model is designed to balance local agility with Group-wide discipline. This balance allows Nexora to scale what works, without diluting the specialist capabilities that underpin performance.
Local execution
Operating companies are led locally:
- Own customer and vendor relationships
- Drive organic growth in their markets
- Hold full P&L accountability
Central discipline
The Group provides:
- Strategy and capital allocation for organic growth
- Governance, risk management and financial control
- A disciplined framework for M&A and integration
OUR OPERATING MODEL
Powered by Nexora
The centre
The Nexora centre sets strategy and enables scale. It is responsible for:
- Capital allocation and portfolio management
- Governance, audit, risk and compliance
- M&A discipline and integration
- Shared systems and disciplines for organic growth
These capabilities provide consistency, control and repeatability across the Group.
Platforms and operating businesses
Regional and category platforms translate strategy into execution, while market-facing specialist businesses:
- Lead local execution within Group frameworks
- Own customer and vendor relationships
- Deliver specialist sales, services and delivery
This structure preserves local advantage while benefiting from Group scale.
What this enables
By separating strategic control from local execution, Nexora operates a model that is both resilient and scalable:
- Faster decision-making in local markets
- Disciplined capital deployment at Group level
- Repeatable value creation across the group
- Consistent integration of acquisitions
The result is a platform designed to compound over time.
Strategy & Long-Term Value
Clive has led the transformation of Nexora into a focused, global professional technology distribution platform. Formerly operating as DCC Technology, the Group undertook a deliberate strategic repositioning under Clive’s leadership, exiting lower value-add high volume distribution activities and sharpening its focus on specialist, services-led professional technology markets.
This programme included the significant and bold divestment of non-core revenue, enabling the Group to concentrate capital, capability and management attention on higher-value professional technology categories where expertise, services and scale create durable advantage. The rebrand to Nexora reflects this strategic clarity and long-term ambition.
With more than 25 years’ experience building decentralised, specialist distribution businesses, Clive brings deep expertise in strategy, capital allocation, portfolio development and integration. As CEO of Nexora, he is responsible for setting Group direction and ensuring the platform continues to scale with discipline, focus and long-term value creation.
